Issues and closing dates
Austin Downtown Arts is published monthly by DiverseArts Production Group. Street date is the seventh day of each month. Space reservation deadline is fourteen days prior to street date. Deadline for camera ready artwork is ten days prior to street date. A $15 production fee will be applied to ads requiring services beyond basic typesetting. Scanning and/or digital enhancement of images are not included in basic typesetting services.

Special positioning/placement
Special position requests will be considered for advertising 1/4 page or larger. Guaranteed positions are subject to an additional cost of 10% of gross. Inside back cover, plus 20%. Back Cover, plus 30%.

Camera ready art hardcopy and digital formats
Submit black and white hardcopy as laser output, paste-up, or slick at exact size of ad. Digital files accepted include EPS, TIF, or high resolution JPEG. Layout is in QuarkXpress (Mac version). Quark files should include all support files i.e., fonts, graphics, etc. NO PageMaker or Publisher. Call to be sure.

Printing Specifications
Web offset. Use 85 line screen. 75% lack density. Color available at extra charge.
